Islamabad , Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that the Government is taking all steps to provide amenities of life to the people at their door step and is determined to take all measures to raise standard of living of the people.
The Prime Minister expressed these views while talking to Ms. Raheela Baloch minister of State for Science and Technology, Mr. Jamshed Dasti MNA and Sheikh Abdul Razzaq, former Vice Chairman Zila Council Rawalpindi, who called on him separately here Thursday.
Ms. Baloch apprised the Prime Minister about various development schemes in her constituency. She extended an invitation to him to visit her area and inaugurate development projects there.
The Prime Minister accepted the invitation and said that timely completion of the projects is imperative to ensure trickle-down of the benefits of democratic process to the masses.
Sheikh Abdul Razzaq congratulated the Prime Minister on assuming the responsibilities of the office of Premier of Pakistan and also apprised him about various development projects in the area.
