PESHAWAR Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf President Makhdoom Javed Hashmi has said that Chaudhry Nisar was responsible for military take over in the country in 1999 while he was the worst opponent of nuclear tests.
He also said, PMLN is a party dominated by those who left party in murky waters so it will not find candidates in almost 12 districts of southern Punjab .
Addressing a press conference here in Multan, he questioned where Nisar had been for around two years. He said that he is one of eight people along with Khawaja Asif, Ishaq Dar and Pervez Rashid who sought pardon from the regime.
Challenging Nisar, he said he should sit before him if has courage and answer my questions. According to PTI President, Nisar was responsible for confrontation between former Army Chief Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He was responsible for martial law in the country. Our children were in jail while theirs were in the safe heavens abroad, he said.
Criticizing PMLN leader, Hashmi told journalists he opposed atomic tests in 1998 and was propagating against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to earn space for himself.
Coming down upon PMLN chief Hashmi questioned why Nawas Sharif was silent over 11 questions raised by PTI chief. He said, Nisar should appraise nation about his assets and dual nationality if has guts.
Striking down his dream of ruling the country after Zardari, Javed Hashmi marked that PMLN is scattering as people have started quitting the party. He warned of Chaudhry Nisar that his party would not find even suitable candidature in the Southern Punjab in upcoming general elections in the country.
Answering a question Hashmi told journalists PMLN tried at least six times to curtail powers of the judiciary when in power.
