Karachi, Sindh Minister for Information Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that with the help of masses Pakistan Peoples Party would make clean sweep in coming general elections because it is the most popular political party of the country.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said that PPP would defeat all undemocratic forces. Nawaz League and PTI could not defeat PPP if they even tried together. Undemocratic approach of PML- N had made it very unpopular among masses.
He added, ‘ Sindh is the strong hold of PPP. Nawaz Sharif has seen his visible defeat in Sindh and he would not be able to get a single seat in this province.
Provincial Minister for Information was of the opinion that during last four years Sindh government had done a lot of development works which had no match in the history of Pakistan.
He said that being elected representatives of masses we were accountable to the people not to PCO judges. We followed the reconciliation political policy of President Asif Ali Zardari, he added.
Pakistan Peoples Party under the dynamic leadership of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto started mega projects like Thar Coal and Gohrakh Hill Station but Nawaz Sharif did not continue these programs and showed his narrow mindedness in this regard, he concluded.
