Islamabad: The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has reportedly released the video of the Bannu jailbreak incident where the militant group secured the release of 384 prisoners on April 15.
The 34-minute footage is available and for sale in both South Waziristan and North Waziristan.
According to The Daily times, some 150 TTP fighters are seen in the tape gathered at one place and receiving a briefing about the plan to launch an attack on the Bannu prison.
The TTP head Hakimullah Mahsud and his deputy Waliur Rahman are also seen in the videotape.
According to the report, Mahsud is seen briefing his men about the plan for storming the jail.
The tape shows the militants attacking the jail and the prisoners walking free.
Earlier this month, the TTP warned that they would continue carrying out attacks such as the one in Bannu, and denied reports suggesting the escaped prisoners were handed over under any truce with the government.
