ISLAMABAD, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Ulama Mashaikh Wing President Pir Sahibzada Sultan Fiaz ul Hassan has expressed dismay that the incumbent government seems in no mood to write letter to Swiss authorities pertaining to re-opening of graft cases involving President Asif Ali Zardari.
On one hand the government claimed that it held the judiciary on high esteem and there was no tussle with judiciary while on other the government did not implement even a single judgment of the court since coming to power, he said in a statement issued here on Sunday.
Fiaz ul Hassan has said that the government is treading on the path of confrontation with other state institutions and blames others for its own wrongdoings so that people could not ask for the looted money during general election.
He hit hard the government that the incumbent government during its four years tenure gave nothing to the poverty-stricken and inflation-ridden masses except poverty, inflation and unemployment, adding that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Admiral (Retd) Fasih Bukhari’s latest disclosure that Pakistan loses up to Rs 8 billion a day in corruption is speak volume of the government inability to block the loopholes.
The President went on saying that the government had no agenda of giving relief to the masses which is why it bent on the policy of confrontation to hide its inefficiency.
He said that only PML-N Chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif could steer the country out of the prevailing myriad problems, as he had a competent team to cope with the looming crises.
