ISLAMABAD, The SECP has received a healthy response to Fast Track Registration Services (FTRS), which has been introduced to facilitate prospective promoters, corporate consultants and management of the companies with expeditious provision of range of services offered by the Company Registration Offices.
With the introduction of the FTRS, Pakistan has become the first country to register a company within just four hours. The SECP is also providing a number of other services within four working hours. It reflects the SECP’s vision to bring in efficiency in every service it provides so as to facilitate stakeholders at large.
The FTRS is available on processing incorporation of company, availability of name of company, change of name of company and charge registration, modification and satisfaction cases. Circular No. 12 of 2012 has been placed on website of SECP at http://www.secp.gov.pk/circulars.asp, which can be consulted for detailed information on FTRS.
