Islamabad, Speaker Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly, Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan has warned that if the world powers make further delay in resolving Kashmir issue than peace could not be maintained in South Asia.
Talking to various political and social delegations, which called on him here, he said it has been decided to send Parliamentary delegations to abroad to exert pressure on India, besides highlighting the issue of Kashmir.
Sardar Ghulam Sadiq observed that there is solution of every issue in the democratic system, saying this was the reason, special heed was being paid towards resolving public issues and solving Kashmir issue as well.
He added when PPP rules over the federation, more heed is paid on the development of Azad Kashmir, especially in the education sector. He said President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani have established professional institutions in AJK. He hoped the incumbent government would overcome poverty.
