Islamabad : Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik Friday directed that all process to deport late Osama bin Laden’s family members from Pakistan should be completed under the existing rules and regulations.
He said this while chairing high level meeting here which reviewed matters relating to deportation of Osama bin Laden’s family members. Osama bin Laden was killed at his home in Abbotabad in May last year by United States Seals personnel.
The meeting decided that Chief Commissioner Islamabad with a Lady Police Officer will visit the family members and take their consent as to which country they want to go. Federal Interior Secretary was asked to contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the consent of the respective countries for acceptance of Osama bin Laden’s widows and children.
