Karachi : A division bench of Sindh High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi Tuesday issued notice to Advocate General Sindh, Provincial Home Secretary, IG Police, DG Rangers and SP Special Investigation Unit SIU Karachi on a petition filed by mother of Dilawar Baloch that her son was missing since May 28-29, 2012 night.
Dilawar’s mother Khan Bibi submitted her son went out to have tea on night between May 28-29, 2012 and did not return.
