Karachi : Asjad Iqbal and Umair Alam will leave for Bangkok, Thailand tonight (Sunday) to participate in a coaching course, scheduled to be held at the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Academy (WPBSA) from 9th July to 10th August.
WPBSA a high-class international academy and top coaches come there for training. It is a great opportunity for us to have two of our people undergo coaching course from such a reputable academy, President Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Board (PBSA) Alamgir Sheikh said.
He said that Pakistan need to raise the coaching and other technical standards and this is one of the steps towards it.
All the countries are progressing in this game and we also need to participate in camps like this and lift our expertise as well to stay shoulder to shoulder with other nations, he added.
