Karachi, President Peoples Student Federation (PSF) and General Secretary of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) unit Mumtaz Umrani and Aftab Abbasi said Thursday that the hospital should be upgraded to university; however, it should be kept under the Federal Government, said a statement.
They appealed to President Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani to take action in this regard as patients from all provinces arrive at the facility on daily basis to get health treatment.
