Karachi : Sindh health minister Dr Sagheer Ahmed here Wednesday strongly condemned the murder of neurosurgeon Prof Aftab Qureshi
He said medical professionals are being targeted in Sindh to foment unrest and chaos. He said the killers of Dr Qureshi and other medical professionals must be awarded exemplary punishment. He also condoled with the bereaved family.
Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) also strongly condemned the gory murder of Dr Qureshi. Central President PMA Dr Tipu Sultan, Secretary General Dr Mirza Ali Azhar and Treasurer Dr Qaiser Sajjad in their joint statement condemned the brutal murder and demanded immediate judicial inquiry into the heinous crime and bring the culprits to justice.
