Peshawar: An helpless mother, whose school going daughter was killed, has appealed to the Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to provide her justice by awarding strict punishment to the responsible killers.
Hailing from Charsadda, (Zoor Bazar), Najma Sama wife of Fazal Qadir told reporters at Peshawar Press Club on Monday that her 13 years old daughter, Lubna, was first kidnapped by the wicked person Imran son of Mohammad Diar in the area. He later arranged forced marriage with her and after keeping her for six months, he wanted to arrange nikah with his old uncle.
Najma Sama alleged that both Imran and his uncle Qasim opened fire on her when she tried to flee requesting them that such marriages were not legal.
Since, she said she was serving in a dispensary as lady worker in Tehsil Gorghatri, Peshawar and her husband was not working, she could not pursue the case nor could fulfill the demands of the local police. She said the criminals were openly roaming in the area but the police were not taking action despite the fact cases against them had been registered for the last eight months.
She appealed to Chief Justice, chief minister and police high up to provide her justice by directing the local police to arrest the criminals and award them punishment for torturing and killing her daughter.
