HDP delegation meets Akhtar Mengal in Dubai

QUETTA :   A delegation of Hazara Democratic Party (HDP) headed by Chairman Abdul Khaliq Hazara had a meeting with Leader of Balochistan National Party Sardar Akhtar Mengal in Dubai. The two leaders had detailed exchange of international political situation, situation in Balochistan, sectarian  terrorism in Quetta and other important issues.
HDP Spokesman said here Sunday that they had unanimity of thoughts on several matters.
Condemning target killing of Hazara people Sardar Akthar Mengal said that secular and non religious society was being dragged towards sectarianism under a conspiracy so that right struggle of the people of the province could be sabotaged and province should be pushed towards civil war through religious fanatics and sectarianism. He said Hazara people and their elders and forefathers played key role in the development of Balochistan which cannot be denied. Whether there is struggle for rights of the province or struggle against exploitative force against nationalities Hazara nation has always given proof of its association with this soil. For this reason sectarianism , religious fanatics and extremism under the patronism of state institutions was promoted and massacre of Hazara people started to create misunderstanding But both Hazara and Baloch political workers becoming aware of this conspiracy foiled it in time.
Abdul Khaliq Hazara while strongly condemning ongoing operation in Balochistan termed recovery of mutilated dead bodies as inhuman and barbarian . He said extra constitutional arrest and disappearance of Baloch political workers proves that some forces were frightened of political forces struggling for rights of the province and they do not want people of the province have control over provincial resources.  He said in Quetta genocide of Hazara nation in the name of sectarianism conspiracy has been hatched to create differences among nations. He said hundreds of Baloch political workers are missing and their relatives were protesting for their recovery but senseless government institutions were taking no action and arrest of political workers struggling for rights of the province was underway.
Both the leaders were unanimous that on one hand war of interests of international forces was underway in Balochistan secret agencies of the state were also equally responsible for aggravating the situation. They not only committed crime for interference in the internal matters of neighbours by adopting wrong policies from the start of Afghan war but by introducing sectarianism, extremism and terrorism internationally staked country s existence.
The two leaders said entire country is affected by extremism and sectarianism but Balochistan has been selected specially for it. And extremism was being promote din Baloch society to promote hatred and prejudices and way of political forces struggling for rights.
They were of the view that seriousness of situation demands all the political and democratic forces should get untied and wage struggle for rights of the province and foil all conspiracies which may cause hatred and differences on national, religious faith basis.
