Karachi, The admission process in public sector medical colleges of Sindh will start from September 03 with issuance of admission forms, as per admission policy approved in a meeting of Principals of medical colleges and Vice Chancellors of Medical Universities.
The last date of submission of admission forms is September 17, 2012 while the written test will be conducted simultaneously on October 07 and the final list of selected candidates will be displayed on October 20. The classes will start from November 01, 2012 at Dow, Sindh, Peoples, G.M. Mahar, Chandka and Liaquat Medical Colleges of Sindh.
The meeting presided over by Sindh Health Minister Dr. Saghir Ahmed on Tuesday evening, decided to conduct the test at Karachi, Jamshoro, Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Sukkur and Larkana under a uniform policy. As per decision there will be no increase in fee.
According to decision four seats have been allocated for the students of Gilgit-Baltistan on the request of Chief Minister of that province.
