Thatta, Sindh : Rising incidents of snakebite and unavailability of vaccine in government hospitals is resulting in loss of precious lives in district Thatta.
Two people including a woman died of snakebite on Monday. 20-years-old lady Sona Jokhio died of snakebite at coastal village Goth Sommar Jokhio near Keti Bander, while a man Sattar Mallah died at Goth Ibrahim Gabol.
Both victims were first rushed to the Rural Health Center Baghan and due to unavailability of vaccine they died before being shifted to Karachi for treatment.
