Srinagar, Ambassador of Tajikistan, Saidbeg Saidov paid obeisance at the shrines of Hazrat Bulbul Shah (RA) and Hazrat Shah-e-Hamdan (RA).
According to Kashmir Media Service, the Ambassador, who is the descendant of Hazrat Shah-e-Hamdan (RA) and belongs to Qulab Khatlan, is on a visit to Kashmir Valley, an official spokesperson told media men.
Hazrat Bulbul Shah (RA) the great spiritual personality is considered one of the esteemed saints not only in Kashmir but in entire world. It was under his spiritual influence that King of Kashmir, Hazrat Sadr-u-din in 13th century adopted realistic way of life and proved his acumen, Saidov said.
The Ambassador also paid obeisance at the shrine of Hazrat Sadr-u-Din (RA). He also saw the 600-year old manuscript of Holy Quran written by Hazrat Mir Syed Ali Hamdani (RA).
Meanwhile, a delegation of Minhajul Islam headed by Moulana Naqeeb met Tajakistan Ambassador, and underscored the importance of Hazrat Shah-e-Hamdan in shaping the civilization of Kashmir. On the occasion, Saidov informed the delegation that the Tajikistan government had printed currency notes in the country in name of the great saint.
