ISLAMABAD : Newly inducted Federal Ministers and the Ministers of State called on Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani at the Prime Minister House on Wednesday.
Talking to the Ministers, the Prime Minister said that together we would continue to work for the cause of democracy, rule of law and the upholding of Constitution to bring about political stability in the country on durable basis, so vital to economic development.
The Federal Ministers and Ministers of State assured the Prime Minister of their full cooperation adding that they would discharge their ministerial responsibilities and try their level best to come up to the expectations of the people under the leadership of the Prime Minister.
The Federal Ministers who attended the meeting included Qamar Zaman Kaira, Minister for Information & Broadcasting, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Minister for Information Technology, Nazar Muhammad Gondal, Minister for Capital Administration and Development, Rana Muhammad Farooq Saeed Khan, Minister for Climate Change, Maula Baksh Chandio, Minister for Political Affairs.
The Ministers of State included Malik Ammad Khan, Foreign Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Moazzam Ali Jatoi, National Food Security & Research, Malik Azmat Khan, Inter-Provincial Coordination, Tanseem Ahmad Qureshi, Water and Power, Ms Raheela Baloch, Science and Technology, Dost Muhammad Mazari, Communications, Sardar Saleem Haider, Defence, Abbas Khan Afridi, Commerce.
