Lahore : Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Saturday visited Jamaat-e- Islami JI headquarters Mansoora in Lahore, conveyed message of goodwill and love from President Asif Ali Zardari to JUI Ameer Syed Munawar Hassan and exchanged views with him on overall situation in the country.
Malik told JI Ameer that the government has so far not taken any decision on the resumption of NATO ground supplies through Pakistan to Afghanistan. Munawar Hassan told him that JI would not accept restoring NATO ground supplies through Pakistan.
Minister said containers containing goods go to Afghanistan through Pakistan under the Transit Trade Agreement TTA agreement between the two countries.
